Most items are not kept in stock, and are manufactured in store per order unless they are specifically stock items. Production time varies by time of the year, and usually takes about 2-3 weeks for any custom order to be finished. From February – April any custom order can take around 4-5 weeks to be manufactured after art approval/online order. Please take this into consideration when ordering Full-Dye/Semi-Dye items. Shipping options will have no effect on this.
